Responsibilities

• Investigates, monitors and supervises targeted high-risk individuals on probation or post-release supervision.
• Performs counseling, case management, case reporting and related caseload duties.
• Develops a team supervision approach with referral sources and staff.
• Participates in treatment processes with providers and develops relapse prevention plans.
• Facilitates groups and conducts cognitive programs or skill-building sessions.
• Prepares violation/reports, updates client information, and communicates with the court.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
