High Risk Breast Patient Coordinator you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will

• Review and implement our risk assessment tool for breast imaging patients
• Entering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reports
• Handle all specimen collection samples
• Assist with the tracking and monitoring of BI-RADS 4, 5, 6 as needed
• Scheduling of patient procedures and exams
• Implement and review policies and procedures related to the breast navigation program
• Notify the patient\'s physician or provider with positive biopsy results as needed
• Handle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic manner
• Attend and participate in various meetings and trainings as required

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work both independently or effectively as a team with a variety of healthcare specialists
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a minimal amount of supervision and effectively establish work priorities
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to concentrate in multiple and varied tasks

Pay Range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
