Job summary

The LiRo Group seeks a Program Master Scheduler for a high-rise design-build project in New York. You will lead the schedule team, ensure the Program Master Schedule is developed and maintained, and collaborate with design-builders and client stakeholders.

Requires extensive experience in institutional/high-rise construction, proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office. You will produce monthly narratives, conduct TIAs, and support change orders to mitigate delays.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling for vertical/high-rise construction.
• Proficient in CPM-based project and program schedules and reporting.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and cost/schedule integration.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Primavera P6; manage the scheduling team and reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and align the Program Master Schedule across the program.
• Prepare monthly schedule narratives with analyses and corrective actions.
• Present findings to Client and Executive Management using PowerPoint.
• Identify schedule risks and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Support change orders by validating schedule impacts and narratives.
