WRMC, Inc. is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community in College Station, TX.

This role covers interior and exterior areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Key duties include cleaning common areas, groundskeeping, and assisting with trash services, with a schedule of 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm), plus alternating weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas.
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter.
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
