Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, accountability, and direction.
• Monitor milestones, costs, risks, change orders, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with the Project Executive, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
