Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Multi-family construction experience, ideally $80M+ projects.
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through full lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Manage plans, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with executives, sponsors, and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and vendor selection support.
• Monitor performance, quality, and deployment following best practices.
• Prepare estimates, status reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Negotiate vendor engagement contracts and resolve issues.
• Promote continuous process improvement and stakeholder trust.
