Qualifications

• 5–8 years of construction experience preferred.
• Ground-up multifamily or mixed-use construction experience required; high-rise experience required.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Proven schedule management capabilities, including milestone tracking and short-interval planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Oversee pre-construction efforts and manage active construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and municipal agencies.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and local regulations.
