The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills. Procore proficiency is preferred.

Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Multifamily Construction

Location: St. Petersburg, FL

Schedule: 100% Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of a major $50M+ multifamily high-rise development in St. Petersburg, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction leader with strong high-rise and multifamily experience to take ownership of a large-scale project from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, accountability, and direction.
• Monitor project milestones, costs, risks, change orders, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with the Project Executive, field teams, and key stakeholders.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• High-rise and multifamily construction experience REQUIRED.
• Proven success managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
