Ideal candidate brings five years of HOA/Condo management experience and relevant licenses or designations, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to drive retention and performance.

Qualifications

• Five years of applicable work experience (not necessarily in property management).
• Five years of proven Association management experience, with a minimum of two years at CMA.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and accounting processes.
• Mentoring, motivational, project management, and professional presentation skills required.
• Must spend time both indoors and visiting properties.
• Physical demands include lifting 25–30 pounds and long hours at times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the division, including training, mentoring, and development.
• Coordinate research and administrative tasks for manager support and mentoring.
• Respond to homeowners with research and issue resolution via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones and provide monthly division updates to the Director.
• Manage expenses and resources to drive growth and resolve issues.
• Assist managers with budgeting and expense reviews for clients.
• Coach managers to retain and grow the customer base and meet goals.
• Perform site visits to monitor association and contractor performance.
• Communicate company goals and strategies to division staff.
