Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee curtain wall and façade projects in high-rise settings, guiding them from design to closeout. The role emphasizes coordination with Architects, Engineers, and factories, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and hands-on experience with shop drawings, procurement, and permits, maintaining safety and quality across complex construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience with curtainwall/high-rise projects preferred.
• Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curtainwall projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals with architects, engineers, and factory.
• Interface with GC drawings and other trades for site use.
• Develop project schedules based on client requirements and lead times.
• Manage material releases to fabrication in line with schedules.
• Ensure permits, safety and code compliance throughout the project.
• Supervise subordinate managers to meet design, budget, and schedule objectives.
