Harmon, Inc. seeks a project management professional to drive critical tasks and processes from initiation to completion, ensuring profitability and compliance. You will partner with field teams and clients to keep projects on track throughout the lifecycle.

With 5–8 years in project management and curtainwall/glazing experience, you will deliver timely metrics, uphold best practices, and apply technical insights to mitigate risks and forecast challenges.

Qualifications

• Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business.
• 5-8 years' experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Curtainwall/glass and glazing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients to keep projects on track and profitable.
• Complete tasks to enable leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics.
• Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.
