Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Program Manager with deep Curtainwall expertise to lead facade projects from concept through closeout.

This role requires coordinating with engineering, design, and fabrication teams to ensure design intent, quality, and schedule are met. The ideal candidate will manage submittals, RFIs, changes, and procurement, while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Structural Engineer license.
• Bachelors in AEC field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the facade project from design to closeout.
• Process submittals and RFIs; coordinate with engineering/design managers.
• Develop drawings, contract requirements, and quality procedures.
• Manage design development with attention to feasibility and buildability.
• Lead the project team to meet company and project goals.
• Maintain relationships with owner, GC, and architect; coordinate with other trades.
• Review and price change orders; obtain GC approval promptly.
• Log and track all aspects of the work.
