Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premier residential HOA at One Mission Bay, San Francisco. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence in alignment with company values.

The role requires strong leadership, HOA experience, CMCA certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and availability for evening board meetings. Compensation up to $160k is awarded based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience; HOA high rise experience preferred.
• CMCA certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff to create a high-performing work environment.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Serve as liaison between Board, homeowners, and Action Property Management.
• Attend Board meetings and present detailed management reports and recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain high property quality, safety, and service.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate and evaluate vendor contracts for quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Promote community engagement through events and outreach.
• Drive long-term strategic planning and continuous improvement.
