Church & Dwight in York, PA is hiring a Palletizer Operator for the B shift (Afternoons), Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–10:00pm. The base pay is $28.34 per hour, plus a $0.50 per hour shift differential.

The facility manufactures and distributes items such as Vitafusion vitamins, cat litter, and laundry detergent. The role supports the Warehouse Coordinator by directing workflow in a high-volume distribution environment and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in distribution operations, including equipment, materials, workflow, WMS and forklift operations in a fast-paced environment.
• High-reach truck experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adhere to plant safety policies.
• Direct product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintain supply of empty pallets for palletizer use.
• Coordinate changeovers of palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Coordinate end-of-work orders with Manufacturing Line Operators and other staff.
• Perform mechanical operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and PMs on palletizers, wrappers, and related equipment.
