The Chefs' Warehouse in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a skilled forklift operator to move pallets, load/unload trailers, and rotate stock across high racks. The role emphasizes safe handling, inventory flow, and cleanliness of the receiving dock.

You will also record actions with an RF Scan Gun in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a willingness to pass a forklift operating exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Team player who works productively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to pass a forklift operating exam.
• Warehouse/distribution facility experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maneuver Stand-Up or High Reach forklift to put away or let down pallets into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high.
• Picks/sorts and replenishes product from upper racks to front pick bins.
• Unloads product from trailers using forklift trucks and powered riding pallet jacks.
• Manually moves product from receiving dock to proper storage location.
• Monitors and enforces safe product handling procedures.
• Replenishes product from upper storage rack to lower pick bins within cooler.
• Monitors product quality as product is being moved.
• Breaks down pallets on receiving dock.
• Maintains cleanliness of receiving docks and pick bin area.
• Cleans and charges forklift at the end of shift.
• Record daily actions by use of RF Scan Gun
