Job summary

Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to handle putting away, dropping down, and rotating full pallets across warehouse racks up to 46 feet high. The role requires operating stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts in varied temperatures.

You will unload trailers, replenish upper racks, monitor safety, and maintain clean, organized receiving docks and bin areas. A GED or high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Team player who works productively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to pass a forklift operating exam.
• Warehouse/distribution facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver Stand-Up or High Reach forklift to put away or let down pallets into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high.
• Picks/sorts and replenishes product from upper racks to front pick bins.
• Unloads product from trailers using forklift trucks and powered riding pallet jacks.
• Mang/Move product from receiving dock to storage location.
• Monitors and enforces safe product handling procedures.
• Replenishes product from upper storage rack to lower pick bins within cooler.
• Monitors product quality as it is moved.
• Breaks down pallets on receiving dock.
• Mantains cleanliness of receiving docks and pick bin area.
• Limpia and carga la carretilla elevadora al final del turno.
• Record daily actions using RF Scan Gun
