Job summary

Cengage Group in Kentucky is seeking a warehouse associate skilled in powered industrial trucks to safely pick and move inventory to and from high shelving up to 40 feet. The role requires physical fitness to reach, lift, push, pull and stack cases up to 50 lbs and to operate RF devices for accurate order fulfillment.

You will unload trailers, follow pallet configurations, verify inventory, and maintain safety practices including fall protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to comprehend simple instructions and write legibly.
• Basic computer experience and RF unit experience preferred.
• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours; lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain PIT certifications and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers using powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely.
• Fill full-case orders with RF equipment.
• Follow pallet-layer configurations and ensure accurate inventory.
• Replenish picking shelves and conduct product moves as directed.
• Maintain safe stacking and operate in compliance with OSHA.
