Now Hiring: High Reach Forklift Operator

Join a fast-paced warehouse team where safety, efficiency, and reliability are key.

Shift

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Overtime available as needed

Pay

$21.13/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to move, stage, and retrieve materials
• Supply production areas with required inventory
• Transport finished goods to shipping
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Maintain accurate material flow throughout the warehouse
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Requirements

• Recent high reach forklift experience
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment
• Warehouse, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.69 - $21.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
