The High Priority Reentry Peer Support Specialist responsible for providing re-entering individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and/or Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), who are on the Department of Adult Correction (DAC) prioritization list, with education and support throughout the transition process. This is a full-time remote opportunity. Although routine onsite work is not required, the selected candidate must reside in North Carolina within a 40-mile radius of Mecklenburg County.
