Job summary

This position requires a Minnesota 1st Class B boiler license, the ability to read gauges and meters, lift heavy loads, work in hot, noisy environments, and wear protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Minnesota 1st Class B boiler operator's license.
• Able to read gauges and data from meters and interpret data.
• Able to lift up to 50-100 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work in hot, noisy environments and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor three high-pressure boilers, start-up and shutdown.
• Monitor water testing and inventory; report repairs.
• Maintain boiler-related steam and condensate systems; assist chillers.
• Monitor fire alarm and fire suppression systems; perform inspections.
• Use Nuvolo to report and close maintenance work orders.
• Train new employees and attend required trainings.
• Prioritize and manage backlogged work orders.
