The position requires a Minnesota 1st Class B boiler license, strong data interpretation, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota 1st Class B boiler license is required.
• Experience operating high-pressure boilers and automated control systems preferred.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor three high-pressure boilers: start-up, normal operation, shutdown.
• Conduct boiler water testing and inventory management; notify supervisor of repairs.
• Monitor boiler efficiency; troubleshoot and maintain boiler systems and condensate/back-up fuel oil systems.
• Monitor fire alarm and suppression systems; perform inspections to ensure readiness.
• Operate plant air compressors and well/domestic water system; assist with after-hours chillers.
• Utilize Nuvolo to report and complete maintenance work orders; train new employees as needed.
