The role involves developing materials, engaging with A/E communities, and attending industry events to advance product adoption and specification leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; EIT/PE preferred.
• Experience in construction industry with concrete design/technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across functions (sales, marketing, R&D).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pull-through strategies for concrete specifications and projects.
• Provide technical support, structural analysis, and design for high-performance concrete technologies.
• Create materials with marketing, sales, and R&D to showcase product benefits.
• Build relationships within A/E community and participate in industry groups and events.
