Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking the High Performance Concrete Manager of Project Support to lead specialty slab design and execution across preconstruction and field stages. You will partner with project teams, slab providers, and suppliers to embed best practices in planning, procurement, and field work.

This role focuses on improving execution, reducing risk, and building capabilities to deliver increasingly complex slab projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials and testing practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical leadership for specialty slab systems from preconstruction through execution.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, vendors, and customers to develop constructable slab solutions.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, scheduling, and field execution for specialty slab projects.
• Mentor project teams and share best practices across the organization.
