Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are a global provider of advanced chemical solutions for construction, focusing on sustainable concrete admixtures and underground solutions. You will work with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as concrete producers and contractors, to support the implementation of high-performance concrete technologies. Responsibilities include developing strategies to secure projects, providing technical support and analysis, and promoting our products through industry relationships and events. The role aims to advance industry specifications and showcase our leadership in innovative construction solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategies to secure concrete-related specifications and projects.
  • Provide technical support, structural analysis, and design assistance for innovative high-performance concrete technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to create supporting materials that highlight the effectiveness and benefits of our products, reinforcing our leadership position and specification efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the Architecture/Engineering community and actively participate in industry groups such as ACI, ASTM International, PCI, NPCA, and NCSEA.
  • Engage in promotional activities, including in-person events and webinars, to demonstrate industry leadership and promote adoption of new product specifications.

Structural Materials Engineer Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; EIT or PE licensure is preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry with a focus on concrete design and technologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (less than 20%)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
  • Familiarity with current industry standards, trends, and regulations related to concrete and construction
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong business acumen with the capacity to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in various computer applications
