What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Develop a High Performing Team – This role oversees multiple fitness modalities. It’s your responsibility to keep the AVANT technical specialists at the top of their game and our classes delivering a results driven experience.
  • Chase Perfection – As the High-Performance Concierge, the experience of our boutique fitness falls on your shoulders. It’s your mandate to ensure we are overdelivering across all modalities. This pursuit is both from a technical & experiential perfection – the impossible task! The idea of constant refinement should excite you.
  • In Club Concierge – Just because fitness is done in a group setting, doesn’t mean it needs to be nonsensical! With a results driven fitness product, we want to make sure our clients are utilizing them to their fullest potential. Working had and not seeing results is frustrating, it’s your job to ensure that doesn’t happen to our members. You will lead the concierge team's execution of accountability and planning for members. You don’t just meet expectations, you anticipate them.
  • Deliver Elevated Member Experiences – Every class you teach, every assessment you conduct, every program you adjust, is meticulously designed to elevate the member’s journey. You ensure every moment is seamless, every detail is perfected, and every experience is driven by one goal—results. Your focus is unwavering: to optimize every aspect of the member’s fitness evolution.
  • Keep the Standards High Through Data – You lead by example, driving the team to hit and exceed targets. From utilization to experience, you know what it takes to optimize departmental performance. What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven Leadership Experience – You’re a seasoned leader with a track record of managing high-performing fitness teams in elite environments. Your experience in personal training, group fitness, or studio management sets you apart as a force in driving results and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Extensive Knowledge in Fitness & Recovery – Your expertise in strength, conditioning, cycle, Pilates, boxing or yoga and recovery transforms members’ performance.
  • Knowledge of Fitness Technology – You harness cutting-edge tools like the EVOLT360 and advanced tracking systems to optimize results and elevate every training session. Comfortable in making recommendations based on metrics using internal health metrics.
  • Criminal Background Check Requirement – All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification
