Lerch Bates seeks an Building Enclosure Designer to master how buildings are joined, focusing on high-performance façades and exterior systems. You will produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and graphics, collaborating with leadership to develop enclosure solutions that perform beautifully in the real world.

The role emphasizes building science, code research, and cross-disciplinary coordination. A degree in architecture/architectural engineering and 2+ years of drafting experience are required;

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting, construction document production, technical enclosure detailing, or related design work.
• Foundational understanding of building enclosure systems, architectural detailing, construction documentation, and building science principles.

Mansioni

• Produce accurate, detailed work product using Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop enclosure system assemblies and details across façade, glazing, curtain wall, roofing, waterproofing, and air/vapor barrier assemblies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to support coordinated project execution.
