Kansas City Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead a high-volume service department in Merriam, Kansas. You will drive performance, develop technicians and advisors, and manage service metrics to deliver superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Experience with Hyundai or Kia dealership preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume service department.
• Demonstrated success in improving service revenue, CSI, and employee performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support personnel.
• Drive service department revenue, profitability, technician productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable for results.
• Improve customer retention through exceptional service, communication, and follow-through.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance and financial results.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain top-performing service professionals.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the department.
• Work closely with dealership leadership to achieve and exceed company objectives.
• Create a culture where employees take pride in their performance and consistently strive to break records.
