Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead warehouse teams across multiple areas, ensure safety standards, and drive quality and productivity metrics.

The role emphasizes PDP coaching, performance feedback, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include supervising associates, implementing audits, and collaborating with the Shift Manager to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related warehouse experience; Team Lead or Supervisory experience with 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control, labor management is a plus
• Must be able to safely operate in a high paced environment and champion safety and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR).
• Manage and supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates in fulfilling customer orders and warehouse operations.
• Instruct and provide oversight to Associates on quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop PDPs; coach, mentor, and guide Associates on performance and retention.
• Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits; document findings and communicate results.
