ES3 is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will oversee warehouse employees, ensure quality, and align with company policies while optimizing people and technology.
Responsibilities include supervising AOR tasks across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control; coaching staff; driving KPI performance in safety, productivity, and shrink; and participating in audits and safety investigations.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate in a safe, yet an extremely high paced, fluid environment. At the core, you must have the ability to safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in everything we do. You are responsible for the daily oversight of operations of the warehouse employees and to ensure compliance with all company policies.
