talentpluto in New York, NY is hiring a Business Development Representative - Warp for a full-time, in-office seat. You will be paired one-to-one with an Account Executive, and your outbound work fuels the deals.

This role targets experienced, high-output BDRs with a clear path from BDR to AE. Base salary is $100,000 with OTE $120,000–$140,000, and you’ll work five days a week in New York. This is a fast-paced environment with one-to-one pairing and room to grow.

Formación

• 7+ months of BDR/SDR experience in a structured, high-performing sales org.
• Proven outbound execution and strong output.
• Comfortable working at pace in a metrics-driven environment.
• Bonus: experience selling to startups or non-tech buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Run high-volume outbound outreach to source and qualify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for your paired AE.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off and advance deals.
• Consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Develop the skills and track record to move into a closing AE role.
