TalentPluto, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive high-volume outbound outreach and qualify opportunities for the AE team.

You will work one-to-one with Account Executives, helping build a strong pipeline and develop skills to move into a closing AE role in a fast-growing FinTech payroll and back-office software company. This is a grind-it-out seat with clear upside for top performers in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ months of BDR/SDR experience in a structured, high-performing sales org.
• Proven outbound execution with strong output.
• High drive, competitiveness, and hunger to grow.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Bonus: experience selling to non-tech buyers or from a larger BDR shop with limited promotion paths.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound outreach to source and qualify new opportunities
• Build and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for the AE team
• Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off and advance deals
• Consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets
• Develop the skills and track record to move into a closing AE role
