Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Sales & Risk Consultant to gather coverage information from prospects, analyze data, and prepare risk evaluations to tailor client solutions. You will review carrier contracts and deliver optimal recommendations in line with regulatory requirements.

You will work with Business Development Executives and Client Advisors to grow referrals, applying insights from sales training to continuously enhance performance in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of directly related business development/client service experience.
• Sales and Risk Consultant experience with high net worth clients essential.
• P&C licensed and personal lines insurance experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Gather coverage information from prospects and evaluate data to prepare comprehensive risk evaluations.
• Review carrier contracts to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations while ensuring regulatory requirements and internal policies are followed.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives and Client Advisors to grow and expand referral sources.
• Incorporate sales training techniques to continuously enhance skills and performance.
