The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, has experience in personal lines, and is comfortable with remote work.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms and resolve service issues.

• Provide proactive communication and timely responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation in agency management software.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Private Client Account Executive to support a growing private client insurance practice specializing in high-net-worth individuals and families. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing complex personal insurance accounts, and building strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners.

The ideal candidate will have a background in personal lines insurance, strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in developing expertise in high-net-worth insurance. Candidates with middle-market or standard personal lines experience who are interested in transitioning into private client services are encouraged to apply.

This position offers remote opportunities and the ability to contribute to an expanding private client practice.

Responsibilities

• Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with agency management software and standard business applications.
• Collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and client servicing.
• Interest in expanding knowledge of high-net-worth personal insurance solutions.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients, family offices, or specialized coverages such as fine art insurance is a plus but not required.
