Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships with individuals, families, and high-net-worth households. You will identify opportunities, close new business, and leverage our broad portfolio including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.

You’ll manage relationships via HubSpot, collaborate with internal specialists, and help clients protect assets and plan for the future.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, and delivering value‑driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills, with a track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience advising individuals, families, high‑net‑worth clients on personal insurance and risk management strategies.
• Experience working within an insurance brokerage, personal lines agency, private client practice, or high‑net‑worth insurance environment is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities, with an emphasis on Personal Lines and High-Net-Worth (HNW) accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and fully leverage the platform to manage opportunities, pipeline activity, and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive personal insurance and private client solutions by utilizing World’s broad portfolio of services, including homeowners, automobile, umbrella, valuable articles, excess liability, and specialty coverages.
• Build long‑term client relationships by identifying cross‑selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions that support clients’ evolving personal needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ lifestyles, assets, and long‑term goals, and coordinating internal resources to develop customized insurance and risk management strategies and solutions.
