Job summary

The Misch Group is seeking a High-Net Worth Manager to join our team in New York. The role focuses on managing a book of High-Net Worth Personal Lines, servicing clients, and coordinating with underwriters to place renewals and new business.

You will leverage deep product knowledge and strong communication to advocate for clients and protect their assets. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience with HNW clients, supervisory exposure, and proven relationships with major underwriters.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with High-Net Worth Personal Lines clients.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with underwriting companies to market and place renewals and new business.
• Familiarity with major underwriters and their products.

We are looking for a High-Net Worth Manager to join our team.

Required Experience:

• 10-15 years experience working with High-Net Worth Personal Lines clients either for broker or underwriter
• High-Net Worth supervisory experience preferred
• Capable of managing a book of business and working directly with clients and underwriting companies to market and place renewals and new business and handle day to day service requirements
• Demonstrate product knowledge and relationships with major underwriting companies such as Chubb, PURE, Cinci and AIG
• Familiar with AMS 360 or EPIC agency management systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
