Job summary

Pryor Associates Executive Search is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Hauppauge, NY to own the full lifecycle of a High Net Worth personal lines book. You will work directly with top carriers and wholesale brokers, handling submissions, binders, and policy issuance from start to finish.

The role requires 3+ years in HNW personal lines, a valid P&C license, and strong communication skills. A hybrid work arrangement (3 in office, 2 remote) is offered with competitive benefits and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in High Net Worth personal lines.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
• Direct experience with leading HNW carriers: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.
• Experience placing hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business through wholesale brokers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the judgment to make independent decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We're hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service an assigned High Net Worth book of business at our Hauppauge, Long Island office. You'll own the full account lifecycle — new business and renewal submissions through policy issuance — and work directly with leading HNW carriers and wholesale brokers.

What You'll Do
