• 3+ years of experience in High Net Worth personal lines.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
• Direct experience with leading HNW carriers: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service an assigned High Net Worth book of business at our Hauppauge, Long Island office. You’ll own the full account lifecycle — new business and renewal submissions through policy issuance — and work directly with leading HNW carriers and wholesale brokers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and service an assigned High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines book of business
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, and proposal presentations
• Handle applications, supplemental forms, binders, and the binder process through policy issuance
• Produce coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, and certificates
• Prepare and conduct client renewal reviews
• Provide back‑up support to fellow Account Managers as a member of a collaborative team

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in High Net Worth personal lines
• Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing
• Direct experience with leading HNW carriers: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One
• Experience placing hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business through wholesale brokers
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the judgment to make independent decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of AMS360
• Experience with Scribe
