Volvo Cars Dublin is seeking an experienced Internet/Retail Sales Representative to join our Bay Area sales team. We offer a positive environment with an outstanding compensation package, including hourly pay plus flat commission and unit bonuses.

The role requires proactive outreach, product expertise, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for generating appointments, managing multiple communication channels, and guiding customers through the vehicle selection

Qualifications

• Previous high-line automotive dealership or retail sales experience.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments through prospecting and lead activity management to market to potential customers seeking a new or preowned vehicle.
• Manage internet email leads, floor traffic, and phone calls; target 40+ appointments and 10–16 sales per month via internet leads, email, calls, and texts.
• Respond to emails, calls, and texts promptly and professionally; assist customers in selecting vehicles and become the product expert.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources and Roadster; maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction.
