The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive sales, strong communication, and the ability to explain financing and leasing options while maintaining integrity. We offer a strong compensation package with commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience of 2 years preferred.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all lead opportunity types: showroom, phone and internet.
• Use CRM to manage and update lead activity.
• Generate 40+ appointments per month with professional communication.
• Manage a minimum of 10 units per month (new and used).
• Advise customers on pricing, finance, and leasing options with product knowledge.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in all transactions.
