Job summary

Camila Support is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our 24/7 service, providing personal care, meal prep, mobility assistance, and daily living support.

You will empower clients to reach personal goals, participate in community programs, and maintain safe, respectful care with accurate records. Required certifications include First Aid and CPR Level II, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Qualifications

• Current certifications: Level II First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check/Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Current Police Check

Responsibilities

• Empower clients to achieve personal, social, and self-care goals
• Support participation in community programs
• Assist with daily living tasks - personal care, meal prep, and nutrition
• Provide safe mobility assistance, including hoist transfers and manual handling
• Support individuals with complex needs in a safe, respectful way
• Keep accurate records and progress notes
