Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a home support worker or similar role preferred.

• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
• Provide companionship and engage in activities such as reading, conversation, and light exercise
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments, as needed
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate staff member
• Other duties as assigned
