Job summary

Huntington Billboards seeks a Territory Manager in the Columbia, MO area to drive outdoor advertising revenue and meet sales targets through new business development and contract renewals. You will travel 75%+, build strong client relationships, present solutions, and close deals while coordinating with creative, operations, marketing and finance teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the OOH or media industry.
• 4 year / Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales experience strongly preferred.
• Media sales experience preferred; residency within the territory preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (up to 75% of the time).
• Successful candidates must reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual territory goals.
• Prospect and develop new client relationships and communicate strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with creative, operations, marketing and finance.
• Determine project pricing based on guidelines from management.
• Negotiate fees or services with clients with management approval.
• Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients.
• Drive clients around the market to show outdoor media sites.
• Communicate with Inventory Management and other internal departments.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
