Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy team of up to 45, driving profitability and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced store. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, foster a guest-obsessed culture, and ensure top-notch operations and safety standards across all shifts.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and strategic planning to meet sales, labor, and expense targets while delivering exceptional service and a welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail/restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume stores.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and ensure exceptional guest interactions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management.
