Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead a busy store in Georgia. You’ll oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to analyze sales and staffing data to optimize operations.

You’ll recruit and develop team members, maintain food safety standards, and manage budgets while promoting RaceTrac’s values of honesty, efficiency, teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; high school diploma or GED acceptable.
• Proven leadership with experience overseeing large teams.
• Strong numerical literacy and financial acumen.
