You will recruit, train, coach, manage budgeting and inventory, analyze sales and labor data, and ensure safety standards while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and mentor team members.
• Analyze sales, labor, and profitability data to identify opportunities.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll to ensure proper coverage.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store expenses.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Coach and develop direct reports and implement performance plans.
• Build vendor relationships and drive store marketing initiatives.
