Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager in Georgia to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused store team. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and develop strategies for operational excellence while fostering a culture of excellence and growth opportunities within the company.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, analyze performance data, and ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and mentor team members.
• Lead and develop a winning store team and manage scheduling and payroll.
• Execute operational plans to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and store expenses to optimize financial results.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies.
