RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and cultivate a guest-focused culture that delivers exceptional service.

As a key leader, you will recruit, coach, and mentor a diverse team, implement operational plans, analyze performance data, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering strong financial results.

Formación

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
