Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a busy Florida store. You’ll oversee up to 45 teammates, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop staff, analyze sales and labor data, manage operations and safety, and foster a culture of excellence that motivates your team and keeps guests returning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Manager Food Handler certification and alcohol server permit if required.

Responsibilities
