Ampersand Therapy in Aurora, CO is hiring School Social Workers to support K–12 students. You’ll provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and connect families with resources to help students thrive in a supportive school environment.

We offer competitive pay up to $60/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule for 2026-2027. Benefits include W-2 employment, liability insurance, healthcare, 401(k) with company match, licensure/CEU reimbursements, and mileage between sites.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development.
• Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed.
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings.
• Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families.
• Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Connect families to community resources and supports.
