Job summary

Accredited is seeking a Senior Program Analyst for Insurance & Reinsurance to support operational and financial administration of programs. You will serve as a liaison across Underwriting, Reinsurance, Claims, Finance, Controllership, and external partners.

You will onboard new programs, review bordereaux, support reinsurance settlements, and maintain data quality controls. Strong Excel, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive insurance program operations experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing premium, claims, reinsurance, and bordereaux.
• Familiarity with fronting carriers, MGAs, delegated authority, or reinsurers is preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and US statutory reporting and financial close.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new and renewed insurance programs and delegated authorities.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile bordereaux with policy, claims, and financial data.
• Support assumed and ceded reinsurance administration and settlements.
• Prepare program-level reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Coordinate reporting with brokers, reinsurers, Finance, and Reinsurance teams.
• Maintain controls, data governance, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize onboarding and reporting processes.
